Speakers
James Alexander
Senior Vice President, Executive Services at Info-Tech Research Group
James has been both an entrepreneur and an executive in the technology industry over the past 25 years. As an entrepreneur, he led retail, VAR and system integration organizations including, CTI Solutions Group, EduConnect, Telesolutions Inc, The Stone Soup Software Co, and Metafore, and has also held a senior sales management position at Microsoft Canada.
Since 2002, James has turned his attention to working with across the spectrum of IT leaders, technology suppliers and their partners to help create a synergistic and effective ecosystem. He works with IT and business leaders to help them realize the full potential of technology in their businesses and has designed and implemented an innovative series of programs including “The Quest for the Smartest IT.”
Peter brings tremendous experience, entrepreneurial passion and a collaborative approach to build strong and lasting connections with clients. He fosters entrepreneurs and innovation in the broader community including teaching an Evidence Based Entrepreneurship class at UMass and serving as organizer and certified facilitator for TechStars’ Startup Weekend. He is a past Chairman and current Board Member of the Cape Cod Technology Council, serves on the Board of Directors of the Cape and Islands Workforce Investment Board, and is on the advisory board for the Charlton College of Business at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and the Southern New England Entrepreneurs Forum (SNEEF). Peter holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
